BRIAN DEMEDUK

A co-founder of Dot Matrix, Brian has 26 years of experience in package design, branding, POP, B2B, marketing and social media. He has designed branded products and packaging in the food, housewares, electronics, hardware, nutraceuticals, cosmetics and automotive industries, which has given him the experience to successfully build a brand from the ground up. His résumé includes fortune 500 companies such as Bayer, Pfizer, JVC, Kenwood and Unilever, and he has many challenger brands such as Oogie's Snacks and You Love Fruit under his belt. His greatest joy is seeing clients' faces light up when they see their dream come to life. Brian loves the quiet mountains of northern New Jersey, can be found fishing or sipping Patrón Silver and is an avid dart player.

NADEEM ZAIDI

A co-founder of Dot Matrix, Nadeem has close to 30 years of experience in branding, publishing, web marketing and package design. After earning a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the Fashion Institute of Technology, he worked his way up to become design director for several agencies in New York before starting his own design firm in the Flatiron district of Manhattan. There, he launched campaigns for the New York Knicks, Madison Square Garden, Hasbro, SiriusXM and Disney. Since joining forces with Brian Demeduk, Nadeem has worked closely with the rest of the team at Dot Matrix to create dynamic visual solutions. As a firm believer in combining the power of a strong concept with an unexpected execution, Nadeem challenges himself to explore this methodology with every project. Nadeem lives in the suburbs of southern New Jersey with his wife and two children. For him, tennis is a favorite pastime (that his wife thinks borders on an addiction)!

HAKYUN LEE

Hakyun Lee joined Dot Matrix Design Group in 2014. Previously, he was Design Manager at Colgate-Palmolive where, during his 5 years there, he managed the Personal, Home and Oral Care lines. Prior to Colgate-Palmolive, Hakyun was Creative Director at Hammer Head Graphic Design for over 15 years, where he handled such clients as Cadbury Adams, Pepsi, Farmland Dairies, Finlandia Cheese and Mack-Cali Realty Corporation, to name a few. As Dot Matrix's resident expert in packaging print production, Hakyun has been responsible for the implementation of the large number, literally hundreds, of packaging SKUs we have rolled out for our clients. When he's not working, Hakyun enjoys spending time with his loving wife and 6 year old son and attempting to play golf.

MIKE KOLATAC

Michael Kolatac joined Dot Matrix Design Group in 2017 as Creative Director. Previously, he was the multi-award winning Associate Creative Director at the S3 Agency. Over the course of his 10 years there, Mike designed for such clients as Wyndham Worldwide, Safilo, Turtle Back Zoo and Jaguar cars. While at S3, Mike also art directed dozens of photo shoots and videos.

In his spare time Mike enjoys photography, film and live music as well as spending time with his wife of almost 20 years and his 14 year-old daughter. He can often be found in many NYC art galleries where he still enjoys his love for the fine arts.

MELINDA SINATRA

Melinda Sinatra began her role as Account Executive at Dot Matrix in 2014. Her background includes corporate team building and communications, print manufacturing and fine art. From business development to project management, Melinda fosters steady relationships with Dot Matrix’s amazing clientele. Her optimism, resourcefulness and sensitivity to true client needs are integral to creative projects from concept to completion.

Melinda dedicates time for landscape painting, and enjoying her garden, music, and all things social with family and friends.

JENNIFER GREENFIELD

Jennifer Greenfield is an award-winning Creative Director with over 15 years’ experience in advertising, marketing, package design, POP displays and web design. An organized communicator, she has acted as both Art Director and Account Executive to promote lasting relationships with select Dot Matrix clients since 2014. She is a master of typography and a hands-on leader in creative concepts and packaging development.

Outside of producing bright, colorful designs for Dot Matrix, Jennifer can be found playing with her two girls and adorable cats, relaxing by the water or traveling the world!

ELI WAGNER

A Dot Matrix Junior Designer since 2016, Eli Wagner is a universal artist, graphic designer, photographer and illustrator. Eli brings a fresh, unique element to Dot Matrix’s re-branding, package design, publication design and social-media marketing projects.

Eli does not enjoy long walks on the beach, but can be found playing roller derby and listening to Black Sabbath’s “Master of Reality” on repeat.

JESSICA ADLER

Jessica Adler took the role of Art Director at Dot Matrix in 2015. She holds a BA in Fine Art with a concentration in Printmaking from Rutgers University. Her industry experience that spans over 15 years, together with her award-winning package design, typography skill and finesse in logo creation, make her an essential asset to the Dot Matrix team.

Fun Facts: Jessica has not cooked dinner since long before her delightful kids were born, but she loves to watch her husband create the family meal. However, she’ll throw down a mean egg white breakfast quesadilla while listening to her favorite 90’s music or NPR podcast!

BETHANY SCHADEL

Bethany Schadel joined the Dot Matrix Team as a Production Specialist in April 2016. Whether adapting packaging for release in multiple languages or creating dielines for custom, high-end window fashion sample books she focuses on technical printing details from start to finish. With an MFA in Design and Technology from Parsons School of Design, her more than 15 years’ of industry experience spans Retail, Pharmaceutical, Custom Sample Books, Investor Relations and Political Marketing. In her free time, she enjoys life on the lake, singing karaoke and skating Roller Derby style.

JOE BROZYNIAK

Joe Brozyniak is a musician and artist cleverly disguised as resident web developer for Dot Matrix. His expertise in current web technologies helps the team create experiences for clients that convert their internet users into customers.

When Joe is not writing, editing or troubleshooting code, he enjoys hanging out with family and friends, jamming with his band; The Sugar Skull Gypsys, watching The NY Football Giants and drinking Ginger Ale.
